The Law Office of David E. Bailey, Jr., is located in Pensacola, Florida. For over 15 years, I have been providing legal assistance to individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes throughout Northwest Florida, including Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okalossa counties. My general practice includes: bankruptcy, family law, probate, and estate administration.

I earned my law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1991. I was admitted to the Florida bar in 1991 and am also admitted to the United States District Northern District of Florida and United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. My active memberships include the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Northern District of Florida and the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association. I also earned my Master's in Business Administration from the University of West Florida in 1988 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University in 1979.
